When I am not writing for a horse pharmaceutical company or Substack, I like to take my creativity to the kitchen and Instagram through my very own café.
The elevator pitch
I absolutely love coffee. It’s no secret, especially if you hear the pace at which I speak (no correlation, I’m sure.)
Upon graduating from college, I stumbled upon a problem.. it wasn’t realistic to buy coffee out every day. I still wanted the whimsy of a fun flavor, while maintaining the quality of a coffee I bought for $8.
One Breville Bambino later, Café Bella was born. I started making syrups and baking and forcing my friends to come over and test the weird concoctions I was coming up with.
I then took my advertising skills and translated that into an Instagram page, where I chronicle the coffees and baked goods I make, as well as review some cool places I try.
